Monnify lets you download reports for every category of activity on your account: collections, payouts, settlements, and your full wallet statement.

Note: For all report types except settlement reports, you can filter by date range to download records for a specific period.

Full wallet statement

Your wallet statement captures every credit and debit on your Monnify account including collected payments, payouts, and Monnify service deductions such as BVN verification, NIN verification, and disbursement fees.

Note: If for example, 20 transactions were performed on your Monnify wallet in one day and you get settled once for all these transactions. Then your wallet statement will only show one transaction (the settlement).

1. On your Monnify dashboard, click Balances.
2. Click Download Statement. Your statement will be downloaded as a CSV file.

Collections report

This report shows all payments collected into your account via payment links, reserved accounts, or any other payment collection method.

1. On your Monnify dashboard menu, click Transactions.
2. Click Export CSV. The file can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any compatible spreadsheet tool.

Payouts (Disbursement) report

This report shows all payouts made from your account.

1. On your Monnify dashboard menu, click Transfers.
2. Click Export CSV. The file can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any compatible spreadsheet tool.

Settlement report

1. On your Monnify dashboard menu, click Settlement.
2. Click Export Settlements.
3. In the pop-up, select start date and end date, and click Export Transaction. The file can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any compatible spreadsheet tool.
