Monnify has 3 user roles available based on their permissions on the Monnify dashboard which are:

1. Administrator Role: Users with this role can perform all actions that can be performed using that account.
2. Customer Support Officer Role: Users with this role can perform support-related tasks, i.e view only access to transactions, transfers, etc.
3. Developer Role: Users with this role are those permitted to handle technical integrations and provide technical support for your business.
