What is a Chargeback and Support Email?

Chargeback Email: This is the email address provided by merchants for transaction dispute resolution. 

Support Email: This is the email provided at registration that acts as an alternate email address if the chargeback email cannot be reached.

Steps to change your Support and Chargeback Email Address

As a merchant on Monnify, you can change your support and chargeback email address by following the steps below:

  • Once you log in to your account, navigate to the settings tab on your dashboard. 
  • On the settings tab, you will find the business profile option which contains the information you provided at registration. See the image below.

  • Scroll down to the support and chargeback email address section to make changes to the email addresses provided and then save the changes.
