    Suddenly monnify denied me access to my account which I have almost N100,000 and I have emailed support and they asked for information which I provided for over 3 months now I followed up tire and nothing was done. I am and sensing monnify turning to fraud. All I want now is to send my money to my settlement account and close the monnify account.

    For over 10 hours , this money was debited But never Credited to the above wallet.

    I have contacted Both ACCESS AND WEMA BANKS and they said the money has left their accounts to the purported destination. Reason why I'm contacting you.

    Monnify or moniepoint are unprofessional and it is risky to trust your funds with them.
    I funded my wallet on 06/02/2025 using monnify collection. It was a successful transaction but my bet9ja account wasn’t credited. I have visited the bank for a chargeback and reversal but was told that it will not be possible because the transaction was successful.
    I reached monnify agent via email and they said the transaction was a failure, I contacted moniepoint and it took 5 days and they got to be that it was not successful. Hence I returned to my bank and I was given session id and was also shown that the transaction was successful. I called back moniepoint and they said they have escalated the issue and will get back to me in 48 hours.
    Return my 300,000.
