The Chargeback email is the email address provided by merchants for transaction dispute resolution. The Support email is the email provided at registration that acts as an alternate email address if the chargeback email cannot be reached.
Steps to change your support or chargeback email address
As a merchant on Monnify, you can change your support and chargeback email address by following the steps below:
- Login to your Monnify dashboard.
- Click the "Settings" tab on the left side of your dashboard.
- Click the "Business Profile" tab under the settings tab.
- Click the "Business Contact" segment under the Business Profile tab.
- From the Business Contact tab, you can edit the support and chargeback email address you provided on registration and then save the changes made.
