Here's a step by step guide on how to use Livechat
Step 1: Navigate to the your monnify dashboard via https://app.monnify.com
Step 2: On your Monnify dashboard, you should see a chat icon on the bottom right of your dashboard.
Step 3: A pop-up appears with a list of request and issue types. You can select any of these options, including the option to chat with an agent.
Step 4: Select any of the options and follow the prompts to submit your request
Step 5: Our support agents will receive and process your request.
