Step 2: To raise your request, you need to click on the submit a request link
Step 3: Input your details
This step requires you to:

- Provide a subject
- Select the nature of your enquiry via a dropdown; this ensures the appropriate team receives the request.
- After selecting the team, you are presented with a list of issue types. Please select the most closely related in your opinion.
- Provide a brief description of the issue.
- Provide support documentation if any.
- Then click on submit.
- Your request is logged, and response provided by one of our support agents.
