You can confirm transactions for customers using the following steps;
- Log in to your Monnify dashboard
- Go to transactions
- Set the date range to your preferred date
- Click on Filter and input the destination account or the customer email address or the transaction reference.
- Set the payment status as “Paid”
- Then apply the filter.
